‚ÄčI did not receive a confirmation email.

After you have paid for your flight on our website, you will receive a confirmation email. This email looks similar to your confirmation screen (see below). Here you will find your confirmation number/ booking reference.

If you have not received your confirmation email automatically, please write down the booking reference on your screen. You can login to "my booking" in the top navigation menu. Fill in your booking reference and last name. Now you will be able to download or email your confirmation to yourself.

What is the status of my booking?

You can check the status of your booking in the "my booking" section. Fill in your booking reference and last name and you can see:

  • Flight time (departure/ arrival)
  • Name of the customer
  • Additional services
  • Amount due

Your booking is confirmed when you have received your confirmation number.

Where can I find my confirmation number?

You can find your confirmation number in the email that you have received after booking your flight. 

How can I reserve a seat?

You can reserve a seat in two different ways:

  • Upon booking your flight
  • Add your seat reservation later to your booking

Cost for seat reservation is 10 Euro per person per flight segment

Do I receive a ticket?

No, you do not receive a ticket. VLM Airlines is a ticketless airline. This means that it is sufficient to check in, either online or at the check-in desk, with your passport and your booking reference number. After check in you will receive your boarding pass.
